Click on an item to find out more about it, and if you like, add it to your shopping cart it by pressing its order button.

The shopping cart will keep track of what you order. You don't have to stay in the shop. Please also note that Mail Order and Downloads shopping carts are distinct and separate - if you are purchasing from both then you will need to check out for both.

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Maestro: Select the 'Credit Card' payment option. Details are collected using a SSL server, safeguarding your information in transit.
• Cheque: Select the 'Cheque' payment option. We will e-mail you the correct amount and details of what to send and where. We cannot ship any items until we have received payment and it has cleared with our bank. Each takes time. We will e-mail you both when we receive payment and again when your order is sent.
• PayPal: Select the 'Money Order' payment option. We will e-mail or invoice you the correct amount to pay. We cannot ship any items until we have received payment. We will e-mail you when your order is sent.

Packing:

CDs: bubble wrapped.

Vinyl: in thick, strong cruciform LP mailers with layers of card stiffeners.

Posters: rolled in strong cardboard mailing tubes, unless indicated otherwise.

Shipping: standard 2nd class mail in the UK - standard airmail for overseas. (If you require alternative shipping methods please contact us).

Dispatch of orders: We try our best to send out all orders within 48 hours, although unforeseen difficulties (items temporarily out of stock) may delay sending your order, so please allow 14 days to receive it, although it will almost certainly come much, much quicker than that.

Tax: Customers using an EEA billing address will see VAT added to their total downloads order at the current UK rate. Customers paying from outside the EEA are not taxed.

Books: The shopping cart automatically calculates VAT on books - there is no VAT on books - only the cost of the books plus p+p will be debited from your card.

Estimates of shipping costs are based on single jewel case CDs and include a 50p - £1 packaging fee per packet, so postage for other items (digipak CD, double CDs, DVDs, t-shirts, vinyl records, books, etc.) may work out slightly higher or lower than estimates - we weigh each order and make adjustments - you pay only postage plus 50p - £1 for each parcel.
