Australia Aquaria/She LP
Demi Monde DMLP 1025

(Sorry, currently unavailable.)

daevid's 1989 'solo' album.

The 'Aquaria' side is the more electric (but gently so) of the two and features the long 'dreamtime' alternative Australian Anthem, 'Australia Aquaria'. The more acoustic 'She' side features two daevid compositions inspired by the relationships with the Mothers of two of his sons, and a piece developed from the C# Drone part of daevid's 'Seven Drones' project, the ethereal 'Voice of Om'.

Recorded, as it was, in the same year and studio as 'The Owl and the Tree', 'Gongmaison' and Mother Gong's 'Wild Child' this album naturally features musicians from those albums plus other guests such as Marcus Ozric and Jacki Dankworth, daughter of Cleo Laine and Jonny Dankworth.

Lyrics and liner notes by daevid on the inner sleeve.

Note: Unfortunately, the only way the musicians will benefit in any way from sales of this release is if you buy it here - otherwise they can expect no royalties on sales or publishing.
