Gong go Weather Report…ish. The 'bridging' album between Gong and Pierre Moerlen's Gong and the band's first completely instrumental album. The surreal pixie mythology had long gone with it's creators, daevid allen and Gilli Smyth, but the invention and stunning playing remained as the band sought to turn themselves into Weather Report. As this CD shows, they weren't far off achieving it either!
