Great film of the '79 band made for UK televison, plus bonus promo films. Very limited supplies. The main course of this release is the 'Rock Goes To College' BBC TV broadcast, filmed at University of Kent 28th Feb 1979. A great gig with the band and Steve on high form. The bonus material comes from, The Old Grey Whistle Test in '77 (I think), which is a highly polished and evocative version Hurdy Gurdy Glissando, two very rarely seen promo films, and finally Steve and Miquette in expansive form interviewed about this release and much more in their studio in 2006 - all deeply enjoyable indeed. Once again those old bootleg videos and traded home burnt DVDs can be chucked in the bin as this is the real deal - plus. You may also be interested in the companion DVD, Steve Hillage Live in Germany, '77.
